BYOD

In 2017, Heathcote High School will be expanding its Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program. We believe that this will enhance our students' learning and will continue to develop the 21st Century learning environment experienced throughout the Digital Education Revolution.

From the beginning of first term, 2017, students in Years 7-12 will be encouraged to use privately owned electronic devices to access the NSW DEC wireless network on filtered internet. The use of these privately owned devices will support the educational objectives of HHS. The BYOD program is compulsory for students in Years 7-11, and optional for Year 12 students in 2017.
